Job summary

International Workplace Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer in Singapore to build internal applications using Go, React and TypeScript. You will develop APIs, system integrations and automation while exploring AI solutions to improve productivity and decision-making, working closely with business and production teams.

You will own projects end-to-end, from design through deployment to continual improvement, and you should be comfortable troubleshooting and enhancing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ software engineering experience; strong learning agility to adapt to new technologies and domains.
• Strong backend fundamentals; Go preferred.
• Hands-on React & TypeScript experience; comfortable with frontend and backend work.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ software engineering experience (strongercandidates with less experience are welcome) Learning agility — able to learn unfamiliar technologies, business domains and systems quickly, and become productive with limited hand-holding.
• Strong backend development fundamentals; Go preferred
• Hands-on React & TypeScript experience
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable communicating with non-technical users
• Singapore-based and willing to travel to China when required
• Working Mandarin + Chinese reading ability
