Job summary

The Vine Search Pte. Ltd. is partnering with a growing manufacturing technology company to strengthen its internal software engineering team for enterprise ERP development across Southeast Asia.

This hands-on software engineer role focuses on building AI-assisted, AI-enhanced features to power scalable ERP modules. You will work with C#.Net MVC, ASP.Net, EF, Linq, SQL Server, and modern front-end tech (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS), while integrating third‑party AI APIs and exploring AI

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in C#.Net MVC Framework, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, and Linq
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Experience with API integration and troubleshooting using JSON and XML formats
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and relational database environments
• Familiarity with SSRS and DevExpress Xtra Report
• Exposure to or genuine interest in AI/LLM technologies e.g., using AI coding assistants or integrating third‑party AI APIs
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with curiosity about applying AI to real business problems
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise ERP web applications

• Develop database procedures in MS SQL Server
• Design and generate reports using SSRS and DevExpress XtraReport
• Build UI with HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Prototype and integrate AI-assisted features into ERP modules
• Use AI coding assistants to speed up development, testing, and code reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent business solutions
• Support ERP enhancement projects across manufacturing operations including AI pilot initiatives

Job description

I'm partnering with a growing manufacturing technology company that is actively expanding across Southeast Asia. As part of their continued business growth and digital transformation initiatives, they are strengthening their internal software engineering team to support enterprise ERP application development — including AI-assisted and AI-enhanced features — across regional operations.

This is a stable, permanent opportunity for a hands‑on Software Engineer who enjoys building business‑critical applications, solving operational challenges, and exploring how AI tooling can accelerate development and add intelligence to enterprise systems.

What You'll Be Working On

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise ERP web applications
• Build and support applications using C#.Net MVC Framework, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, and Linq
• Integrate and troubleshoot APIs across various formats including JSON and XML — including calls to LLM/AI service APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Develop database procedures and functions in MS SQL Server to support front‑end applications
• Design and generate reports using SSRS and DevExpress XtraReport, incorporating AI‑generated insights and summaries where relevant
• Build and improve user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and ReactJS
• Prototype and integrate AI‑assisted features (e.g., intelligent document parsing, predictive analytics, chatbot/copilot interfaces) into existing ERP modules
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) to speed up development, testing, and code review
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, effective, and increasingly intelligent business solutions
• Support ongoing ERP enhancement projects across manufacturing operations, including AI/automation pilot initiatives

What My Client Is Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in C#.Net MVC Framework, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, and Linq
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, and ReactJS

Bonus:

• Prior experience supporting mid‑scale ERP implementation or enhancement projects within manufacturing or enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience building or integrating AI‑powered features (chatbots, document intelligence, predictive models, RAG pipelines) into production systems
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI agent frameworks
