Job summary

INTERNATIONAL WORKPLACE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to build internal applications using Go, React and TypeScript, and to develop APIs, system integrations and automation.

You will explore AI solutions to improve productivity and work directly with business and production teams to understand real workflows. You will own projects end-to-end from design to deployment, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing systems, with a focus on learning new technologies

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' software engineering experience (stronger candidates with less experience welcome)
• Learning agility to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly with minimal hand-holding
• Strong backend development fundamentals; Go preferred
• Hands-on React & TypeScript experience
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable communicating with non-technical users
• Singapore-based and willing to travel to China when required
• Working Mandarin + Chinese reading ability
