Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced software/system engineer to serve as a key technology partner on large-scale project implementations.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy infrastructure alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, mentoring, and driving DevSecOps and CI/CD practices while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or system engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (3+ years).
• Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in at least one core language: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
