Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a skilled software/system engineer to join its engineering team.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to design, develop, test, and deploy robust system and network infrastructure for large-scale projects in Singapore. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, reviewing code and architecture, and driving best practices while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or system engineering.
• Strong full-stack development and software engineering fundamentals.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

You will be a key technology partner supporting strategic projects, working closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to design, develop, test, and deploy system and network infrastructure as part of large-scale project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one core language: Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Express, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
