Qualifications

• Pursue Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, math, or related discipline.
• Demonstrate programming experience through side projects or classwork across common languages.
• Bring internship or multi-person project experience with mentor and peer feedback.
• Learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship from subject experts.
• Use AI tools with critical thinking to review, refine, and validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team discussions, decisions, and the technical design process.
• Write production software with meaningful impact on Stripe's business and users.
• Give and receive technical feedback through code reviews or design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate feedback proactively.
• Learn quickly, communicate work status clearly, and build using latest AI tooling.
