Job summary

Beyondsoft International Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an NPI and system integration engineer to drive new product introduction and ensure readiness across hardware and software domains.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, QA, and product teams to validate features and resolve integration issues. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE and have at least 2 years' experience in system integration or NPI, with strong debugging, testing and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in system integration, software/hardware integration, product engineering, or NPI.
• Good understanding of software development, debugging, testing, and system validation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including system integration, feature validation, and product readiness.

• Support product readiness by tracking issues, validating fixes, and ensuring deliverables are completed according to project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation, test results, and integration reports.
