Job summary

Activate in Singapore is seeking a senior data integration professional to lead end-to-end integration across multi-party data platforms. The role requires coordinating with system integrators and vendors, defining interface specs, and managing test plans to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years of experience in complex data integrations, with familiarity of Databricks and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain interface specifications and integration frameworks for inbound and outbound data sources.

• Manage integrations between subsystems across data platform, BFG, and other systems.
• Track integration progress, flag risks and delays to project manager.
• Coordinate with SI on integration working groups and ensure technical readiness for milestones.
• Own the overall integration test plan and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing with SI and vendors before live milestones.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, format, and schema conformance across flows.
• Escalate and resolve integration issues across vendors in a timely manner.

*This is a 12 months fixed-term contract role. Ideal to start work on 1st Sept 2026.*

What will you do?

• Work with the architects to define and maintain interface specifications and integration frameworks for inbound and outbound data sources.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact with the System Integrator (SI) and other vendors on all integration matters.
• Manage and oversee integrations between subsystems across the data platform, BFG, and other connected systems.
• Track integration progress across all subsystems and vendors, flagging risks and delays to the project manager.
• Coordinate with the SI on integration working groups and ensure technical readiness ahead of each integration milestone.
• Own the overall integration test plan, defining test scope, acceptance criteria, and sign-off processes across all data sources and subsystems.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing with the SI and other vendors prior to each integration milestone going live.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance across integrated data flows.
• Escalate and resolve integration and quality issues across vendors in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years of experience in systems integration or full stack engineering for large-scale data or technology platforms.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end integration between multiple vendors and subsystems in complex, multi-party programme environments.
• Experience defining interface specifications, integration frameworks, and test plans for data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data quality dimensions: completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance, including designing and executing integration test plans.
• Experience coordinating cross-team integration testing involving multiple vendors and parties.
• Familiarity with data platform tooling (e.g. Databricks or equivalent) and cloud infrastructure on AWS or comparable platforms is preferred.
• Experience delivering projects in government or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Demonstrated experience delivering comparable data platform projects internationally, at city-level or above, beyond the Singapore market is preferred.
