Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent internship/research.
• Solid programming in Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript or similar.
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, clean code, debugging, Git usage.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL storage and schema design.
• Knowledge of cloud infra and container orchestration (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of high-scale event-driven architectures and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ship features end-to-end from design to rollout.
• Own smaller tasks and components, clarify requirements and test changes.
• Improve reliability and performance by fixing bugs and refactoring.
• Participate in on-call related operational work and incident handling.
• Collaborate with partner teams across engineering, ML, product, infra.
• Use AI-assisted tools in development loop and validate output.
• Contribute to documentation and runbooks, sharing learnings.
• Seek feedback and take on progressively larger work.
