Job summary

Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) invites Software Engineers to join a product team building cloud-native, enterprise applications. You will design and deliver scalable software that handles data end-to-end, including AI-powered capabilities to drive organizational productivity.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, collaborative teamwork, and building robust pipelines to securely move and transform data across networks.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern web app development using Spring Boot, React, Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Search Engine (Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with Observability tooling (OpenTelemetry).
• Experience integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, data pipelines, ETL, and data synchronization across networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications using AI coding tools across the SDLC.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code with good documentation (ADRs, RFCs).
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and ensure observability via logging and metrics.
• Participate in sprint cycles, code reviews, and user engagement to resolve issues.
