Randstad Singapore on behalf of a client in the advanced systems sector seeks a software architecture owner to guide system design, technology selection and engineering best practices across projects.

Lead hands-on software development for hardware-integrated systems, ensuring seamless performance and reliability while overseeing end-to-end lifecycle from initial concept through deployment. You will engage with stakeholders during design reviews and act as the technical contact for architecture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 Years of proven background in system-level or hardware-oriented software engineering (C, C++, Python, Linux, or embedded environments).
• Strong architectural capabilities and experience driving software design for complex engineered systems (defense, aerospace, or safety-critical domains preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and take technical ownership of complex projects.
