Job summary

ANOTECH ENERGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software for surveillance, command and control, radar, and defense platforms.

You will work on real-time, mission-critical systems, translating requirements into robust software solutions and collaborating across engineering teams. The role requires strong C++ experience (C++11/14/17 or later), Linux/embedded development, and proficiency in multi-threading, IPC, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience using C++.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using modern C++.
• Develop software components for real-time and mission-critical defense systems.
• Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Translate system and customer requirements into software specifications and technical solutions.
• Implement multi-threaded, high-performance, and scalable software modules.
• Develop and optimize software for Linux and/or embedded environments.
• Integrate software with hardware devices, sensors, communication systems, and network interfaces.
• Perform software verification, validation, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Produce technical documentation, design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
• Support software integration, FAT, SAT, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with software quality, cybersecurity, functional safety, and defense standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during project execution.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of high-performance software solutions used in surveillance, command &control, radar, communication, and other defence technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using modern C++.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
