Job summary

ANOTECH ENERGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑performance software for surveillance, command and control, radar, and defence platforms.

You will contribute to real-time, multi‑threaded software in Linux and embedded environments, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure strict cybersecurity and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience using C++.
• Strong proficiency in C++11/14/17 (or later) and OOD.
• Experience with Linux-based development environments.
• Solid understanding of multi-threading and concurrency, IPC, networking (TCP/IP, UDP).
• Experience using Git, GitLab, SVN or equivalent configuration management tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern C++.
• Develop software components for real-time and mission-critical systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Translate requirements into software specifications and solutions.
• Implement multi-threaded, scalable software modules.
• Develop and optimize software for Linux and embedded environments.
• Integrate software with hardware, sensors, and networks.
• Perform debugging, validation, and performance tuning.
• Produce technical documents and test plans.
• Support FAT, SAT, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the SDLC.
• Ensure compliance with software quality, cybersecurity, and safety standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
