Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in banking/enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux, and Python.

Responsibilities

What you do

• Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably within banking, financial services, or enterprise environments
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux and Python
• Proficient in front‑end technologies including ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, MUI, Styled Components and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Develop reactive and event‑driven applications leveraging non‑blocking architectures and asynchronous processing patterns
• Create and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium / Playwright for UI/functional testing and Gatling for performance and load testing
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud‑native application development
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
