Job summary

Red Alpha Cybersecurity is launching a Software Engineering Programme in Singapore to train aspiring developers through a fully sponsored, full-time bootcamp, followed by deployment to our hiring partners for a three-year, salaried role.

Participants will gain exposure to web and backend development, RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern tech stacks, in an agile, mentorship-driven environment with ongoing career support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and backend applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile teams.
• Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to DevSecOps, testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and development trends.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or looking to pivot into Software Engineering, this programme is designed to equip you with the technical capabilities, tools, and real-world exposure to succeed.

About the Programme

Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp(3-4 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners.

BootCamp Phase

• Duration: 3-4 months
• Full-time, in-person training
• Monthly training allowance provided
• Hands-on projects, pair programming, code reviews, and agile simulations

Deployment Phase

• Duration: 3 years
• Full-time salaried position
• Exposure to real-world projects, tech stacks, and engineering teams
• Continued mentorship and career support

Key Responsibilities
