Job summary

Red Alpha Cybersecurity invites aspiring Cloud Engineers to join a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (3-4 months) followed by deployment to hiring partners with a guaranteed full-time salary. The programme covers cloud systems, DevOps, automation, and security, with hands-on, in-person training and ongoing mentorship.

Fresh graduates or those pivoting into Cloud Engineering are welcome; no prior experience required, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Support and monitor operational systems per SLAs.

• Implement and manage DevSecOps tools and processes.
• Identify and mitigate platform vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams.

Red Alpha Cybersecurity is a talent development company and is looking for aspiring Cloud Engineers to join our Programme, a unique opportunity to break into Cloud with structured training and guaranteed job placement.

Whether you're a fresh graduate or looking to pivot into Cloud Engineering, this programme is designed to equip you with the technical capabilities, tools, and real-world exposure to succeed.

About the Programme

Successful applicants will go through a fully sponsored, full-time BootCamp (3-4 months) followed by deployment to our hiring partners.

BootCamp Phase

• Duration: 3-4 months
• Full-time, in-person training
• Monthly training allowance provided
• Industry-led curriculum covering cloud systems, DevOps, automation, and security

Deployment Phase

• Duration: 3 years
• Hands-on work across cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevSecOps
• Ongoing technical mentorship and professional development

Responsibilities

• Designing, setting up, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure
• Supporting and monitoring operational systems based on SLA requirements
• Planning and executing infrastructure projects and preventive maintenance
• Developing CI/CD pipelines for automation and release workflows
• Implementing and managing DevSecOps tools and processes
• Identifying and mitigating platform vulnerabilities
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (software, security, operations)

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with virtualisation, hypervisors, or Nutanix platforms
• Windows Server and Linux OS knowledge
• VPN, firewalls, network switches/routers

DevOps & Automation

• Vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable, Nmap)

Programming & Scripting

• Understanding of API integrations and security best practices
• SSL, certificate management, encryption
