Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking a senior technology leader to manage the Application Department within Technology, overseeing both Development and application maintenance for the T24 core banking system.

You will lead a 10-member development team, drive delivery across projects, ensure on-time and on-budget performance, and align engineering practices with regulatory and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree with substantial experience in leading sizable development team (min 10 members) with min 6 years of experience in banking industry.
• Experience in managing large complex IT projects with offshore and vendor resources.
• Must have prior experience in Private banking, or Asset management.
• Prior working experience in T24.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Must have appreciation of various application development tools.
• Appreciation of IT security ,Tech Risk in financial industry.
