Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank seeks a seasoned Core Banking Manager with 10+ years of hands-on Temenos T24 experience. You will lead migrations, upgrades, and data transformations while aligning with strategic objectives across Loans, Deposits, and payments workflows.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in core banking operations. A strong technical and leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Temenos T24 core banking experience.
• Proven track record in T24 migration projects and module implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge across Loans, Deposits, SWIFT/FAST, FX, and lending operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional banking projects and teams.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and compliance.
• T24 Technical Certification or equivalent is a plus.

About Us

Green Link Digital Bank (GLDB) is Singapore's inaugural wholesale Digi bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization. We are seeking a seasoned Core Banking Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 and TDH to lead and manage our core banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in T24 upgrade and migration, loans and deposits, SWIFT and FAST payments, FX and credit limit and collateral management. This role combines strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant core banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy
• Lead the core banking team in planning, designing, and implementing enhancements and migrations within the Temenos T24 ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align core banking capabilities with strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in core banking processes and technologies.
• Technical and Operational Oversight
• Architect and oversee T24 upgrades, module implementations, and data migrations.
• Provide technical leadership in T24 customization, integration, and performance optimization.

• Domain Expertise
• Manage and enhance functionalities across: Loans & Deposits, SWIFT & FAST Payments, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Equity Booking and Credit Limit & Collateral Management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Project Management
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for core banking initiatives including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for core banking-related queries and escalations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze the business requirements and validate the implementation.
• Review/Write business and functional specifications.
• Jointly determining and carrying out necessary processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Temenos T24 core banking system.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in T24 migration projects and module implementations.
• Strong domain knowledge in customer, accounts, loans, deposits (AA), TPH, SWIFT/MEPS+/FAST/PayNow payments, accounting and ledger, FX, trade finance, credit limits and collateral, and non-stop processing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex banking projects.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and process-driven skills, with keen attention to detail.
• T24 Technical Certification or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience with T24 Transact, Integration Framework (IF), and IRIS.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (e.g., GitLab) and cloud-based deployments, preferably Huawei Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
