Job summary

The role covers end-to-end project leadership, architecture guidance, and hands-on oversight of API development, database design, and external system integration within a Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile project management practices.
• Expertise in software architecture, application development, and API/system integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions and electronic invoicing platforms including InvoiceNow and Peppol E-Invoicing Framework.

Responsibilities

• Supervise software developers and technical staff by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business users, and external technology partners to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Establish and maintain software development standards, technical documentation, quality assurance processes, and version control practices.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, application performance issues, system integration problems, and software defects.

• Oversee design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software and integrated business solutions
• Manage projects involving electronic invoicing, InvoiceNow, Peppol network integration, and GST-related accounting systems
• Provide technical leadership in software architecture, application development, database design, API development, and third-party system integration
