Job summary

Cadenza Solutions seeks a Software Developer to own Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform delivery end to end for APAC clients in a hybrid role blending architecture and delivery management.

You will write C# plugins, build Power Automate flows, and design Dataverse models, while coordinating with stakeholders through workshops, UATs, and go-live support.

Experience with AI-assisted development is a strong plus, as is mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement across delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with hands-on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform delivery.
• Proven experience leading at least one on-premise to Dynamics 365 cloud migration.
• Strong development skills: C# plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript web resources, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas) and Power Pages.

Software Developer — Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer who can own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform delivery end to end for APAC clients. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on technical depth with delivery management: you will architect and build solutions, and manage client relationships, project outcomes from requirements through go-live and support.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing a C# plugin, running a UAT workshop with business stakeholders, and defending a project plan to client leadership. Experience applying AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development

• Architect Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including cloud migrations from on-premise environments
• Customize Dynamics 365 CE: custom entities, business process flows, business rules, workflows, and case routing
• Develop C# plugins, custom APIs, and JavaScript web resources; build ribbon commands with Ribbon Workbench / XRM Toolbox
• Build Power Automate flows and responsive Canvas and Model-Driven apps
• Design and deliver Power Pages applications, including licensing-optimized external-facing portals
• Design Dataverse data models and configure security roles, business units, and access controls
• Set and enforce development standards through code reviews and reusable components
• Manage application lifecycle (ALM) with solution source control and deployment pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Produce solution design documents and functional/technical specifications

Integration & Cloud

• Design and build integrations with finance, LMS, attendance, and lead-management systems using REST / Web APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services
• Implement asynchronous processing with Azure Functions and Service Bus; integrate with SharePoint Online, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
• Configure Dynamics 365 Contact Center / Customer Service — omnichannel setup, case management, and routing
• Build reporting and dashboards in Power BI for operational and management visibility
• Apply Dynamics 365 Copilot / AI Builder features to add intelligence to CRM workflows
• Own production support and managed services — incident resolution, SLAs, and continuous improvement

Delivery & Project Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects — planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client leadership
• Run requirement workshops, solution design sessions, UAT cycles, and end-user training
• Mentor and coordinate developers across concurrent projects
• Deliver in Agile/Scrum sprints with cross-functional teams
• Support pre-sales and bid activities — effort estimation, solution proposals, and scoping for new opportunities
• Plan resourcing and track budget/utilization across the delivery team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, with 7+ years hands-on delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
• Proven experience leading at least one on-premise to Dynamics 365 cloud migration
• Strong development skills: C# plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript web resources, Power Automate, Dataverse
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas) and Power Pages
• Solid grounding in Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps) and REST/Web API integration
• Demonstrated project management and client stakeholder management experience for APAC clients
• Bachelor's or equivalent educational degree

Additional skills - Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Centre / Customer Service
• Track record of cost-optimization solutions (e.g., licensing reduction via Power Pages)
• Early adoption of AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, cloud/local LLMs) to accelerate delivery
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and an active Microsoft Learn profile
• Experience mentoring teams and acting as a technical escalation point
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and data governance / PDPA compliance in a Singapore context
• Exposure to ALM tooling (Azure DevOps, source control) for Dynamics solutions
