Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a 12-month onsite contract. You will identify opportunities with stakeholders, document requirements, and design CRM solutions to meet analytical needs, while supporting deployment and production activities.

Required are 5+ years of Dynamics CRM/365 development, CRM customization skills, and strong knowledge of C#, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, PowerApps and Web Services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in relevant fields (preferred).
• Strong MS Dynamics CRM experience, ideally CRM 2016 or D365.
• 5+ years of custom development in MS Dynamics CRM/365.
• Ability to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, charts & dashboards.
• Proficient with C#, SQL Server, Web Services, XML, ASP.NET, HTML.
• Experience with PowerApps, PowerBI, and Flow.

Responsibilities

Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Renewable) Contract

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and work with stakeholders to provide timely and quality data for analysis and enhancements
• Analyse the Authority's needs and document the requirements
• Plan, design and implement IT solutions to meet the analytical needs of identified opportunities
• Develop test plan and s for system testing, support user acceptance testing
• Work with the Authority's users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution
• Hands-on experience in CRM
• Ensure the smooth operations and service level of IT solutions
• Support production issues
• Apply AI coding tools such as Copilot and Coder AI to support development, testing, and code reviews.
• Use automation to improve development efficiency. This includes build, test, and deployment activities.
• Leverage AI assistance to improve code quality. This covers refactoring, defect resolution, and documentation.
• Demonstrate willingness to adopt new AI and automation tools where relevant to work outcomes.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred
• Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology
• Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365.
• Have been involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation projects.
• 5+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Ablity to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.
• SSIS/SSRS
• Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies
• Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and Java
• Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access and batch integration protocols.
• Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
• Understanding and Configuration of MSCRM Security Roles.
• AI and automation scope past experience will be an advantage.
