- Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using the full Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the build of advanced applications — including Canvas & Model‑Driven apps — with complex business logic, reusable components, and ALM/DevOps practices.
- Architect and implement deep integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third‑party systems via APIs and custom connectors.
- Drive solution quality through governance frameworks, environment strategy, and deployment automation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across the practice.
- Collaborate in Agile squads, engaging with Product Owners and business stakeholders, running demos, and continuously improving delivery.
- Shape high‑impact solutions: Deliver at scale, building systems that transform work for thousands of users in public and private sector organizations.
- Push the boundaries of low‑code: Go beyond apps and flows into Dataverse, model‑driven apps, DevOps, RPA (Power Automate Desktop), and enterprise integrations.
- Design with experience in mind: Work alongside our dedicated UI/UX team, combining technical depth with design excellence to deliver solutions that are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging.
- Build AI‑powered apps: Use Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI to create agentic, next‑gen workflows that embed intelligence directly into user experiences.
- Gain visibility and influence: Partner with Microsoft product teams, get early access to roadmap features, and contribute thought leadership to the wider Power Platform community.
- Accelerate your career: Progress toward Solution Architect roles, with structured mentoring and opportunities to drive technical vision on complex transformation programs.
- Minimum 4 years of total professional experience, including at least 2–3 years of focused Power Platform development.
- Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Power Platform certified (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600).
- Experience with one or more: AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, or Power Pages.
