Job summary

CODEX SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Lead to guide cross-functional teams in delivering secure, scalable digital solutions in an Agile setting. You will shape technical design, ensure code quality, and drive testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on software development and prior leadership experience, with strong TypeScript/Angular/React or Java/C# skills and cloud/DevOps awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering and 6+ years of hands-on software development with leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading a technical team in Agile/Scrum environments with planning and delivery.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Java/C#, REST APIs, and modern frontend/backend tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secure, scalable software features from the product backlog and sprints.
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams across planning, development, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define technical designs, uphold code quality, and drive CI/CD and testing strategies.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevSecOps practices across the team.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
