Job summary

ERICSSON TELECOMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Software Architect to analyze and develop end-to-end technical solutions for customers. You will translate customer needs into detailed technical offerings and support integration of network systems.

The role requires code upliftment, internal testing, and ensuring deployment configurations for cloud environments, alongside CI/CD collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Total 13 years of experience, including Software Architect level on large-scale telecommunications projects.
• Domain experience: Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Catalog Manager, Spring boot Microservice and Camunda framework.

Responsibilities

• Scope, define and drive the technical solutions.
• Perform code upliftment to support the latest product releases.
• Conduct internal testing to validate the code upliftment.
• Ensure all required configurations are in place for application deployment in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on CI/CD pipeline activities to support deployments.
• Provide support for endpoint connectivity and integration issues.
• Share knowledge with the team on use-case flows and solution behaviour.
• Validate deployment readiness prior to release.
• Coordinate with the Testing team for execution and validation of use cases.

Job description

We are looking for a Software Architect who is responsible for analysing and developing end-to-end technical solutions for customers. You will also be accountable for delivering profitable Ericsson solutions by translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings. You will use your technical skills to help implement and execute test cases and verify the integration of network systems.

You will adhere to responsible business practices, ensuring compliance with group, legal, and financial directives, as well as global and local Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (O+EHS), information security, and privacy requirements, using relevant processes and tools.

This is a temporary 3-6 months role.

• Domain experience: area of expertise - Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Catalog Manager, Spring boot Microservice and Camunda framework.
