Job summary

Ericsson Telecommunications PTE LTD is seeking an Integration Engineer to collaborate with clients across enterprise systems, networks and nodes. You will prepare, implement and execute test cases to verify configurations, upgrades, migrations and expansions while adhering to E+OHS and security directives.

You will drive pre-sales analytics, define integration strategies aligned with contracts, and plan activities with clear scope and cost estimates to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in pre-sales processes with analytics, defining and proposing integration solutions.
• Define integration strategies in line with contracts to deliver customer value.
• Direct scope and quality, estimate costs and time, and plan activities.
• Prepare, collect and validate scripts and configurations before execution.
• Initiate and execute test cases, troubleshoot and elevate issues to maintain service quality.
• Conduct integration and migration tasks complying with processes and contracts.
• Ensure operating systems, hardware, software, licenses and configuration data are correct and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-sales with analytics, define solutions and strategies for integration.
• Define integration strategy in line with contracts to maximize customer value.
• Direct scope, cost estimates, and project planning for activities.
• Prepare and validate scripts and configurations before execution.
• Execute test cases, troubleshoot, take corrective action or escalate as needed.
• Perform integration and migration tasks within framework and contractual commitments.
• Ensure availability and correct versions of OS, hardware, software, licenses and data.
• Define exit criteria and prepare handover documentation.
• Drive process improvements to boost delivery efficiency and quality.
