Job summary

blue ocean systems infotech pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and the Microsoft Power Platform across global deployments.

You will lead lifecycle management from implementation through upgrades and integrations while ensuring security and governance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align systems with business needs, drive automation and analytics with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise application management.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time.
• Hands-on SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience in integration projects using APIs, middleware, and SAP CPI.
• Solid background in project management, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
