Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP consultant to manage the delivery of FS-PM/PM projects in a fast-paced environment. Lead end-to-end implementation, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution across complex engagements.

The role requires 12+ years of SAP consulting experience, strong PM/FS-PM expertise, and a track record in insurance software implementation. You will engage with stakeholders, support presales, and stay ahead with SAP's evolving solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SAP consulting and implementation experience on PM/PMQ/FS-PM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• End-to-end implementation experience in insurance software.
• Experience with PAW and ATE test tools.
• Experience in Life Product (LP) module and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment, including scope, schedule and budget adjustments.
• Lead the implementation of FS-PM and PM, including project resources and governance.
• Deliver high quality services on time and within budget across engagements.
• Analyze functional integration requirements for core insurance platform with external and legacy systems.
• Identify and mitigate high-level project risks; implement actions to minimize impact.
• Communicate with key project stakeholders and decision makers.
• Assist in business development and drive presales activities.
• Share expertise and strengthen global knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Develop knowledge of SAP's newest and future solutions.
• Consult with clients to provide exceptional solutions to challenges.
• Support business operations topics such as recruiting and presales.

Job description

• Manage the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Including changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined

• Manage all phases of the implementation ofFS-PM (Financial Services - Policy Management) and PM including project resources
• Lead engagements and deliver high quality services on time and budget
• Analyze functional integration requirements for core insurance platform with external and legacy systems
• Identify high-level risks on the projects, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project
• Develop and maintain communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers
• Assist in business development initiatives and drive presales activities
• Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening global's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges
• Develop your knowledge and extend project experience in SAP's newest and future solutions
• Help clients by consulting and providing exceptional solutions to their challenges
• Support in business operational topics (e.g. recruiting, presales, ...)

Required skills & experience

• Minimum 12 years of relevant SAP consulting and implementation experience on core modules like PM/PMQ & FS-PM.
• Bachelor's degree or other equivalent experience
• Work experience in end-to-end implementation of insurance software
• Work experience on PM product engine and test automation tool PAW (Product analysis workbench)
• Work experience in Life Product (LP) module and test automation tool ATE (Actuarial test engine)
• Work experience in End-to-End management of Pre-Sales cycle
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology and how it affects clients' area of the business, trends associated with the technology, value propositions for clients
• First experience in managing client relationships
• Business and financial acumen along with strong analytical mindset, structured, problem-solving skills and time-management skills
• Manage multiple projects and teams at the same time

Nice to have

• Cross functional expertise with regards to integration with other SAP core modules like FS-CM or FS-ICM (Distribution management)
• Technical affinity for emerging technologies
• Certification in Insurance (preferably LOMA Certified)
