ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a role focused on supervising a student support space and mentoring at‑risk students in Toa Payoh, Singapore. The position emphasizes creating a safe, welcoming environment and coordinating intervention programmes with academic and engagement activities.

You will work with school leaders and counsellors to monitor progress, document observations, and contribute to holistic student well‑being. A SASW registration is required.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work, or related disciplines.
• A registered Social Worker or a registered Social Work Practitioner with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate student intervention programmes, including academic support, mentoring, and engagement activities.
• Monitor students' progress, identify areas of concern, and document observations for follow‑up interventions.
• Work closely with school leaders, counsellors, and student development teams to support students' holistic growth.

Period: Feb - Dec 2027

Salary: Up to $4000 per month

Location: Toa Payoh

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm; Friday 8.00am to12pm

• Provide supervision and manage a student support space, ensuring a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for students.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with at-risk or identified students through regular engagement and mentoring.
• Provide socio-emotional support and guidance to students facing behavioural, attendance, or adjustment challenges.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate student intervention programmes, including academic support, mentoring, and engagement activities.
• Monitor students' progress, identify areas of concern, and document observations for follow-up interventions.
• Work closely with school leaders, counsellors, and student development teams to support students' holistic growth and well-being.
• Gather and provide feedback on students' needs, programme effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and review programme outcomes, preparing recommendations for future enhancements.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to school policies, procedures, and student safeguarding guidelines.
• Perform other administrative and student support duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work, or related disciplines.
• A registered Social Worker or a registered Social Work Practitioner with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
