Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work, or related disciplines.
• A registered Social Worker or a registered Social Work Practitioner with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and manage a student support space, ensuring a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with at‑risk or identified students through regular engagement and mentoring.
• Provide socio‑emotional support and guidance to students facing behavioural, attendance, or adjustment challenges.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate student intervention programmes, including academic support, mentoring, and engagement activities.
• Monitor students' progress, identify areas of concern, and document observations for follow‑up interventions.
• Work closely with school leaders, counsellors, and student development teams to support students' holistic growth.
