Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tampines is seeking a Social Worker to support the Division's programmes, focusing on outreach, case management and stakeholder collaboration.

You will assess referrals, develop intervention plans, counsel clients, document records, and participate in professional development and research activities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; salary is SGD 4,700 to 5,300, with opportunities to grow clinical skills.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and familiarity with social work interventions.
• Experience in social service sector or similar setting is required.
• Willingness to grow clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts to publicise Division Programmes and establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage referrals and engage referral agencies/persons for intake and assessment.
• Conduct case assessment and conceptualisation using intake information and engagement with client, family and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to develop intervention plans and provide counselling and support.
• Document all case-related records.
• Support research and evaluation by keeping abreast of current trends and participating in projects.
• Participate in professional development: case reviews, clinical supervision, and supervision of interns/students.
• Develop and implement new projects aligned with Division objectives.
