Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking a social work professional to handle outreach, referrals, intake and assessment, and collaborative intervention planning for clients and families.

You will document records, participate in research, and contribute to professional development and supervision of interns, aiming to protect clients’ rights and ensure access to essential services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 2 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting.
• Well versed with MS Office programmes and experiences with social work interventions; interest in growing clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and/or participate in outreach efforts related to the Division, including developing outreach plans to publicise the Division Programmes and establishing relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage referrals, and engage referral agencies/person for intake and assessment.
• Conduct case assessment and conceptualisation using information gathered during intake and engagement with client, family and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to develop intervention plans and provide counselling to address risks and needs; advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
• Document all case-related records.
• Engage in research and evaluation and keep abreast of current trends; support research projects.
• Participate in professional development and supervision; supervise interns/students as needed.
• Develop and implement new projects aligned with Division objectives.
