Job summary

SHINE Children and Youth Services invites qualified social workers to join our Islandwide team to deliver casework, group work, and school-based interventions for children and youth. You will assess needs, plan interventions, and collaborate with families and partners to support clients.

Responsibilities

  • Casework; assess and provide intervention; evaluate practice.
  • Engage clients and families; develop action plans.
  • Engage other agencies to support the client holistically.
  • Ensure documentation and report-writing.
  • Group work: plan, implement, and evaluate.
  • Programme development and implementation with theory of change.
  • Monitor outcomes; manage programme budget; ensure cost effectiveness.

  • Consider systems dynamics and impact when designing and delivering programme
  • Mobilise resources and engage in collaborative work
  • Manage programme budget and ensure cost effectiveness
