Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore is seeking a Social Worker to support individuals, families and communities facing transitional challenges through casework and counselling. You will assess needs, plan interventions, and connect clients to relevant services.

Responsibilities include conducting psycho-social assessments, providing counselling to clients with mental health conditions or dementia and carers, organising outreach activities, evaluating programs, and reporting findings to support ongoing

Qualifications

• Must possess Degree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Accredited as Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantage
• Prior experience as a social worker would be an advantage
