Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end support in social work functions, including stakeholder engagement, casework, group work, and community development.
• Conduct client assessments, plan and implement care interventions, facilitate group work, and manage programme delivery.
• Contribute to community needs assessments, development initiatives, and professional practice through mentoring, research participation, and adherence to organisational care standards.
• Collaborate across disciplines and respond to crisis situations in accordance with standard procedures.

Period

• 6 to 9 months contract

Location

• East and Northeast, various to be confirmed

Working Hours

• 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Hours may differ slightly depending on company needs
• Salary up to $4,610

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work recognised by the Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board (SWAAB)
• Qualify to be accredited as Registered Social Worker-Provisional (RSW-P) with SWAAB
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skill
