Job summary

REACH COMMUNITY SERVICES LTD. is seeking an Assistant Senior Social Worker to join our Family Service Centre team. You will deliver casework and counselling, lead programmes, engage community stakeholders, and support junior social work professionals.

The role requires a recognised degree in social work, at least five years of experience, and proven supervision skills to guide interns and junior staff while ensuring high standards of client care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work recognised for practice in Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant social work experience, preferably in a Family Service Centre or community setting.
• At least 2–3 years of experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding junior staff.
• Strong casework, counselling, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and committed to serving vulnerable individuals and families.
