Under supervision, you will manage routine social work cases, facilitate group sessions and local events, contribute to community assessments, and help uphold care standards while supporting quality

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or currently doing part time Degree in Social Work
• Relevant working experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Collect patient/family biodata and assist in formulating care assessments and recommendations.
• Manage routine social work cases with minimal supervision.
• Support group sessions, community assessments, and local event planning.
• Assist in planning and implementing social service programmes
