SOUTH CENTRAL COMMUNITY FAMILY SERVICE CENTRE LIMITED is seeking a Social Work Associate / Home Ownership Associate to empower low-income families in public rental housing. You will collaborate with the Social Worker and partners to support home ownership pathways, leveraging national schemes and community resources for stability and family development.

The role offers hands-on experience in social services, work with families, and exposure to housing policies under mentorship.

Qualifications

Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology or counselling) required or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and to empower families.
Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in administrative tasks.
Good team player with collaborative mindset and ownership of tasks.
Passion for transforming lives and breaking cycles of poverty.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for families seeking home ownership support and guide through applications.
Assist intake assessments and determine readiness for home ownership.
Maintain case notes and progress in the Family Transformation Management System (FTMS).
Support planning and execution of programme activities and liaise with partners.
