Job summary

The Salvation Army Gracehaven in Singapore is seeking a Social Work Associate to support daily administration for the Residential Services and collaborate with the Social Work and Programme teams to care for children and youth at risk. You will assist Assistant Director, Residential, with data collation and reporting to stakeholders, while ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

The role requires a Diploma in Social Services and relevant experience, with a 44-hour work week at Gracehaven

Qualifications

Diploma in Social Services preferred.
Relevant experience in Social Services is an advantage.
Proficiency in data entry and document management.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Customer service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support administrative tasks for quarterly audits, licensing inspections and required reports.
Support Social Workers in house visits and client follow-ups.
Attend meetings, take minutes and provide admin support for management.
Ensure residents' data and records are kept up-to-date in a timely manner.
Assist in organising appointments and resources for clients and families.
