Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Youth Work, Social Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Nursing or related fields.
• Experience mentoring youths is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts and in a children/youth sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine care and support for residents holistically.
• Support in implementing individualized care plans.
• Engage residents in daily routines, activities and games.
• Ensure consistent implementation of behaviour expectations.
• Contribute to reports and care plans for residents.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents in care.
