The Salvation Army in Singapore seeks a Youth Worker Associate to engage residents in holistic activities, providing direction, guidance and supervision in daily tasks and serving as a positive role model.
Key duties include implementing care plans, leading activities, supervising routines, and collaborating with stakeholders to support residents and volunteers. A Diploma or Degree in relevant fields is preferred, with flexibility for shifts and strong communication skills.

The Youth Worker Associate is part of a care team and is responsible for engaging residents in holistic and meaningful activities, providing residents with direction, guidance and supervision in daily activities and acting as a positive role model.
Preferably Diploma or Degree educated or trained in Youth Work, Social Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Nursing, Events Management, Community Development, Outdoor and Adventure Learning (Enrolled Nurse, Student Care Teachers or any other relevant experiences working with children and youth are welcome to apply)
44 working hours per week
The program is a 24/7 community care service, hence flexibility in work arrangement is expected as the need arises.
