Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital invites applications for a Social Work Assistant role to support biodata collection of patients and families through interviews. The role provides social information to the Medical Social Worker to facilitate patient care planning and manages routine cases with supervision.

You will formulate assessments, conduct field visits, participate in group and community work, and help plan community events.

Job Summary
