Job summary

Empact is seeking a Consultant in Social Technology to drive strategic advisory services, hands-on digital tools delivery, and social impact work for NPOs, SSAs, and grantmakers. You will blend software engineering, solutions architecture, and advisory roles to move custom tech from prototype to production.

You will lead end-to-end tech projects, mentor junior staff, and help expand Empact's social tech service offerings, frameworks, and tooling for impact across the sector.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/management consulting, digital transformation, or tech project management.
• Experience in the social service or non‑profit sector in Singapore is advantageous.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation advisory and tech delivery engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from inception to deployment.
• Manage client relationships with non‑profit executives and funders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and volunteer initiatives.
• Develop and refine Empact's social tech offerings and frameworks.
• Provide internal IT support and data management guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and support staff on engagement practices.
