Job summary

Empact is seeking an Intern to join our Advisory team. The intern will work with our Consultants on multiple projects, supporting social enterprises, non-profit organisations, government partners and volunteers.

Responsibilities include research, data collection, workshop support, and preparing stakeholder materials. The role offers opportunities for hands-on client exposure and professional development within a coaching-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Management, or Social Science.
• Commit to full-time for a minimum of 3 months; preferable 6 months.
• Strong interest in advisory, consulting, and social impact work.
• Proficient in MS Office; PowerPoint and Excel required; familiar with presentation tools.
• Able to work independently and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop research and literature reviews to support sector-specific solutions.
• Support design, data collection and analysis for studies (quantitative and qualitative).
• Assist in planning and execution of workshops and events.
• Prepare presentations and tools for effective stakeholder communication.
• Participate in client meetings and document key discussions.
• Assist in preparing reports to monitor project status for stakeholders.
