Job summary

Empact is seeking a Consultant in the Social Technology team to bridge strategic advisory work with hands-on digital tools delivery for social sector clients in Singapore and the region.

You will lead end-to-end tech projects, advise non-profit executives, and drive responsible AI initiatives, while mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with volunteers and partners. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT/management consulting and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, CRM/ERP, donor management tools, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation projects from inception to deployment for non-profits.
• Advise clients and manage cross-functional tech implementation.
• Train staff and build change-management frameworks.
