Job summary

Holm Interior in Singapore seeks a content creator to own social media from ideation to editing, shooting on renovation sites, showrooms and homes.

You will plan content calendars, film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu, and track performance.

Portfolio required; willingness to travel across Singapore for shoots is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in social media content creation, videography or video editing.
• Proven experience in filming and editing short-form videos.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Photoshop.
• Strong storytelling, scripting and creative thinking skills.
• Willing to travel to various site locations across Singapore for shoots.
• Portfolio of previous video work is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Plan and maintain a consistent weekly and monthly content calendar
• Research social media trends, viral content formats, hooks and storytelling techniques
• Independently plan and conduct video shoots at renovation sites, completed homes, showrooms and company events
• Conduct on-site photoshoots and video shoots at completed project sites alongside Interior Designers
• Travel to various project sites and filming locations across Singapore as required
• Film interior walkthroughs, project transformations, behind-the-scenes footage, customer testimonials and interviews
• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels and Xiaohongshu
• Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Track content performance, including views, reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries

About the role

You will take ownership of the social media content creation process, from ideation, scripting and filming to editing, publishing and performance tracking. You will understand what makes people stop scrolling, know how to create engaging short-form videos and be comfortable shooting in real-world environments such as renovation sites, completed homes and showrooms. You should be able to work independently, identify interesting content opportunities and turn everyday renovation activities into compelling social media stories.

About you

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media content creation, videography, video editing or a related field
• Proven experience in filming and editing short-form videos
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar editing software
• Good understanding of camera operations, composition, lighting and audio recording
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Strong storytelling, scripting and creative thinking skills
• Ability to create compelling video hooks and engaging visual content
• Able to independently manage the entire content production process
• Willing to travel to various site locations across Singapore for photoshoots, video shoots and project documentation
• Portfolio of previous video work is required
