Job summary

CML-YZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative Content Creator / Videographer to join our real estate team full-time. You will film and edit property tours, craft engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and help build a compelling personal brand across social platforms.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A strong eye for storytelling, comfort with CapCut or Premiere Pro, and the ability to shoot with cameras or a smartphone are key. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• You don't need many years of experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong eye for video and storytelling.
• Understand what makes short-form content engaging.
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Can shoot confidently using cameras, DJI Pocket 3 and/or smartphones.
• Understand Reels/TikTok editing styles and current social trends.
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment.
• Can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Have a portfolio or examples of videos you've created.
• Experience with real estate content, photography, Mandarin content, motion graphics or social media management would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

• Target output: Approximately 20 quality pieces of content per month .

You'll be working directly with an experienced Singapore real estate salesperson with 15+ years in the industry , covering everything from new launches and investment content to luxury homes. You'll have considerable creative freedom to experiment with different formats - property tours, educational content, storytelling, lifestyle videos and social-first content. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow together with the brand , rather than simply come in to edit videos.

Salary

S$2,500-S$3,500/month, d epending on experience and portfolio.

Performance incentives may be offered based on content quality, consistency and growth.
