Network Media Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Social Media Account Manager who will own the growth of client accounts. You will decide what gets made based on performance, with a full creative team to support execution.

The role requires 1–2 years of client-facing social media experience, Mandarin and English fluency, and the ability to read analytics and adjust strategy quickly. You will coordinate briefs, schedules, and fast communications with clients and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategy — build the content direction for each account with the client consultant, based on commercial context.
• Performance — own the organic results: reach, growth, enquiries; read data weekly and adjust direction by evidence.
• Visual direction — maintain a cohesive brand look across the feed; reject work that misses the bar.
• Briefs & calendar — write briefs the creative team can execute without follow-up; keep the pipeline moving.
• Copywriting — write captions in the client's voice with effective hooks.
• Shoot scheduling — coordinate client and production teams for shoot days as planned.
• Client group chats — be the main contact; respond promptly; avoid dropped threads.

We're Network. We connect homeowners with interior design firms — 120+ ID firms on our books.

Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.

Most social media jobs are calendar management with a nice title. Posts go out, the calendar is full, nobody asks whether anything grew.

This one is judged on growth. You decide what gets made based on what is performing. We have a full creative team, so you're not designing or editing. You're deciding.

What you'll do:

• Strategy — build the content direction for each account with the consultant who owns the client. They bring the commercial context. You decide what gets made and why.
• Performance — own the organic result. Reach, page growth, enquiries. Read the data weekly and change direction on evidence, not at month end.
• Visual direction — hold the standard. A feed should read as one brand, not a run of unrelated posts. Reject work that meets the brief but misses the bar.
• Briefs & calendar — write briefs the creative team can execute without follow-up. Keep the pipeline moving.
• Copywriting — captions in the client's voice, not a house voice. Hooks and on-creative text for the creative team.
• Shoot scheduling — coordinate client and production team so shoot days happen when they're supposed to.
• Client groupchats — you're the point of contact. Fast replies, no dropped threads.
