Network Singapore is a Singapore-based media agency specialising in interior design marketing. You will plan and direct on-site shoots, creating one deliverable per project while capturing hook-worthy homeowner and designer insights for multi-output content.
The role focuses on turning loyalty clients into compelling case studies and scalable content, with home-based shoots across Singapore and a strong emphasis on premium, ideation-driven campaigns.
We're Network Singapore, a Singapore media company specialised in interior design. Nothing else. No F&B accounts, no tech clients, no retail.
We connect homeowners with ID firms — 120+ firms on our books. We run marketing for interior designers, architects and furniture suppliers, including a specialised team for luxury ID companies. Platforms: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.
We are not short of production. We have a creative team, a production team, a sales team and a paid media function. We film completed projects constantly.
We are short of direction.
Every shoot is scoped to one deliverable. The videographer goes on site to make what the client paid for. That's it. Four hours in a beautiful home and the day produces one film. The homeowner's reaction, the designer explaining why they chose that finish, the before and after, the detail shots that make a hook — none of it gets captured, because nobody on site is thinking about anything except the deliverable. Single-use footage from a multi-use day.
So our own brand runs on leftovers. We have a page speaking to homeowners and it is fed by whatever survives after the client work is done. Our own growth is hostage to someone else's project timeline. Every person here works for a client. Nobody works for us.
And nothing compounds. We market ID firm after ID firm and what works for one doesn't carry to the next, because nobody owns the pattern. We're relearning the same lessons across 120 accounts.
Meanwhile two audiences are unowned. Homeowners find us by accident instead of design. ID firm owners deciding who handles their marketing have no proof to look at, even though we have the results sitting in our accounts.
If you've marketed interior design firms before, you know the specific problems. Designers who won't sign off. Projects that finish six weeks late. Homeowners who won't appear on camera. Content that looks beautiful and converts nothing. Firms that want to look premium and generate volume at the same time.
In a generalist agency that knowledge is one account out of ten. You learn it, then you get moved to a fintech client and it's wasted.
Here it's the entire business. Every client, every shoot, every insight is the same vertical. What you figure out in month three makes month twelve better, and it keeps applying instead of being reset.
