Network, a Singapore-based agency, is hiring an Organic Growth Manager (Social Media) to drive reach, engagement, and inquiries across client accounts. This role requires a data-driven mindset and accountability for results, within a remote setup based in Singapore.

You will own what gets made and why, brief the creative team, write captions, and coordinate shoots. Mandarin & English fluency and strong analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years running social media accounts for clients.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Proven growth on own pages or client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic reach, engagement, and enquiries for each account.
• Identify what works and replicate it across accounts.
• Coordinate with the consultant to align client strategy and content.
• Maintain a premium visual bar in all outputs.
• Brief the creative team with complete, actionable briefs.
• Write captions and hooks in the client’s voice.
• Schedule shoots and manage day-to-day client chats.

Organic Growth Manager (Social Media)

We're Network. We connect homeowners with interior design firms — 120+ ID firms on our books.

Our niche: Interior Designers, Architects, Furniture Suppliers, Personal Branding. Platforms we manage: IG, FB, TikTok, YT.

We don't need more posts. We need accounts that grow.

We have a full creative team and a production team. Content gets made. What's missing is someone accountable for whether it works, and willing to change direction when it doesn't.

What you'll do:

• Own the organic result — reach, engagement, page growth and enquiries on every account you hold. That's the measure.
• Find what works and repeat it — a format that pulls on one account gets carried to the next. You own the pattern.
• Set direction with the consultant — they own the client relationship. You own what gets made and why.
• Hold the visual bar — we work in a premium category. Output looks considered, not templated.
• Brief the creative team — complete enough to execute without follow-up. They're never waiting on you.
• Copywriting — captions, hooks, on-creative text. In the client's voice.
• Shoot scheduling and client groupchats — coordinate production, own the day-to-day client thread.

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years running social media accounts, client-facing
• Mandarin & English
• Proof you grew something. Your own page counts.
• Comfortable in native analytics
• Taste, and the ability to defend it
• Juggles multiple accounts without losing track
• WhatsApp fluent — you reply fast

• You're loose with details. A typo live on a client account is our problem.
• You go quiet when numbers are bad. Bring it up early and it's fine.
