Job summary

UnlockLand PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Social Media & PR Executive to build a public presence through short-form video, social media content and PR materials.

You will translate complex AI, urban planning and real estate topics into clear, attractive content while collaborating with founders, engineers and planners. The role requires strong English writing, media outreach and design capabilities, with a preference for candidates with urban planning or built-environment background.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media, content, PR or digital communications for a company or organisation.
• Proven experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional/consumer platforms.
• Basic to intermediate visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow UnlockLand’s LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
• Plan and execute weekly social media and content calendars.
• Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards and content formats.
• Film, edit and publish short videos, interviews, product demonstrations and event content.
• Create visual assets, social media graphics, carousels, presentations and simple motion content.
• Write social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, company updates and PR materials.
• Turn product updates, customer projects, technical developments and company milestones into engaging stories.
• Interview founders, engineers, planners, customers and partners to identify content opportunities.
• Support press releases, media pitches, interviews, events and industry outreach.
• Research relevant topics in AI, urban planning, PropTech, real estate and technology.
• Maintain media lists, content libraries, brand materials and publishing schedules.
• Track social media performance, audience growth, engagement and content reach.
• Support SEO and GEO initiatives to improve UnlockLand’s visibility online.
• Ensure that all published content is accurate, professional and consistent with the company’s brand.
